Location: Galway (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office)
Type: Permanent | Full-time
Salary: 80 - 90k

The Role

An established technology-led organisation is seeking a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to join a growing engineering team based in Galway. This is a hands-on senior role where you’ll work across the full stack, contributing to design and development.

You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and fellow engineers, playing a key role in technical decisions and best practices while remaining actively involved in coding.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using .NET / C#

• Work across the full stack, contributing to both backend services and frontend applications

• Collaborate in an agile, cross-functional team environment

• Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews

• Help improve development standards, performance, and scalability

• Mentor junior developers where appropriate

Technical Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with .NET / C# (core requirement)

• Experience building web-based applications and APIs

• Frontend experience with Angular is beneficial, but flexibility on frontend frameworks (e.g. React, Vue)

• Experience with modern development practices (CI/CD, unit testing, clean code, SOLID principles)

• Experience working in cloud-based or distributed systems is a plus

Nice to Have

• Exposure to microservices architectures

• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases

• Previous experience in a senior or lead-level role

Working Model

• Hybrid: 3 days per week onsite in Galway, 2 days remote
